Alejandro has lived in Cancun and explore throughout the Mexican Caribbean coast line for the last 26 years. Since 1983 he pioneered the marketing and sales of the first luxury condo-hotel in Cancun, first few beachfront luxury properties and several large commercial parcels for resort development.

Co-founder and principal broker of the firm arrived to Cancun in 1982. He holds a Tourism Development Degree from the Pan-American University in Mexico City his hometown.  Coming from a family which roots go back to the 1,800’s in Cuernavaca (known as the eternal spring city one hour south of Mexico City) a colonial town host to international and national high worth retirees since the 1950’s, he spent his youth around Golf Courses and Large Luxury Estates.

Mr. Montero has introduced the new concept of the “Virtual Showroom” in our offices, in Cancun and Playa del Carmen. His primary goal is to change the way real estate is sold in Cancun and the Riviera Maya, saving precious time to customers by showing the whole spectrum of available locations to choose real estate from in Quintana Roo and Yucatan States on large Plasma screens, with the help of satellite imagery, state of the art web sites, maps and aerial tours. “At Caribbean Shores Realty we can take you in 20 minutes through all the beaches, towns and in land areas where investment opportunities are”.

Alejandro is known as the Cancun, Costa and Riviera Maya’s specialist on sales of large beachfront estates, luxury residences, unique residential beachfront lots and large commercial parcels.

Yoly Macias was born and raised in Mexico City. She has lived in different states and countries and fully understands the demands and pressures of relocating to a new community. She has the knowledge and is dedicated to helping her clients through the process of relocation. She came to Cancun in 1986 as a Bilingual Scuba Diving Instructor. Yoly entered the field of Condominiums sales with the Royal Resorts group in Cancun and Playa del Carmen and has managed a successful sales organization in Xerox in Quintana Roo as well as self-esteem and personal growth seminars.

One of her greatest assets is that she enjoys assisting people to improve their lives, given her interest in the well-being of others; it seemed a perfect fit to become a full time real estate agent when the opportunity arose to join Caribbean Shores Realty.

Yoly’s  approach with real estate clients is low key. Ivan arrived to the Mexican Caribbean since 2002. He was born in Prague, Czech Republic and holds a title from the University of Prague, specialized in water engineering and the protection of environment.

He is an experienced business executive having held management positions for several high profile advertising, internet and telecommunication corporations including ARBO media and Tiscali. He was also very active and successful in sport marketing and also worked for the ATP Tour as tennis tournament director. Before he came to live and work in the Riviera Maya he worked successfully on the European real estate market in Czech Republic.

Ivan brings his love for the Mexican Caribbean, his passion for real estate, his market knowledge and business background to every real estate transaction.

Cesar began his career in Real Estate in 1995.  He graduated as Civil Engineer at his hometown Jalapa, Veracruz.  He has participated in the planning, licensing, construction and sales of housing developments, including town houses and condos.

He has worked with Consortium ARA one of the leading companies in multifamily developments in Mexico. He participates in large projects like Santa Clara Puebla with 4,200 houses, Palma Real Veracruz with 4,000 houses and Real Las Quintas in Cancun. His experience is a strong tool to identify valuable commercial properties for future developments.

Cesar has had the opportunity to live in several places, from Alaska to Florida. His personal goal was to live in paradise in the Mayaland. “Our home is paradise and we love to share it”.

Paulina Nuñez was born in México City.  She has an extensive background as a successful banking systems engineer participating in projects such as the first intelligent building built in México City for Banorte one of the main banks of Mexico.

She has been in Cancun for 10 years and has participated in beachfront property sales for 8 years working for important Resort Developments in Cancun and the Riviera Maya.
