The property has 6 separate buildings, each with 3 floors, that surround a freshwater swimming pool. The front of the hotel is on Kukulcán Boulevard, the main street of the hotel zone. The hotel is on a white sand Caribbean beach, with tranquil water, that is perfect for swimming and water sports.
Imperial Las Perlas is the first hotel in the hotel zone. We are directly across from Isla Mujeres. It is 5 minutes to downtown, 25 minutes to Cancún International Airport and 15 minutes to the Convention Center Area.
The large ocean view studio rooms have lots of space to relax and make yourself at home. All 120 rooms have individual air-conditioning, two double beds, shower, telephone, satellite TV, marble floors and balcony. They also have a kitchenette with small refrigerator, sink and two burners.
Las Gaviotas are a large Palapa Restaurant, outside the hotel area. This restaurant is looking out over the water with a view of Isla Mujeres, featuring Mexican and International cuisine.
