There are three condominiums from which to choose. All are similar, housed in three story buildings surrounded by tropical landscaping and around a central courtyard swimming pool. There are chaise lounges by the pool and most of the units either open to the ground level, or to a balcony terrace overlooking a courtyard and with partial ocean view. The sliders link together when closed but can roll back to open the entire interior main living space to the exterior terrace.
The project has 24 apartments in 3 levels with an approximate total construction of 130 square meters plus approximate 25 square meters of balcony.
Each condominium unit has a modern ŽislandŽ kitchen, expansive dining and living room area, 2 bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 bathrooms. Each room has its own independent air conditioning unit. The decor is modern and stylish, with marble floors, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, washer/dryer, and water heater.
In case of a Hurricane we have included features such as shatter proof glass windows, an independent electricity generator for all of the property, and a drainage and pump system to eliminate rain water from the undergroung parking lot and prevent floods.
